Experience with/Knowledge of:
- Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Federal, state, and local procedures for corporate formations and partnerships.
- Preparing documents and forms as to pension plans, stock options, and deferred compensation.
- Preparing documents and forms as to amendments, withdrawals, and mergers and dissolutions.
Qualifications:
- Paralegal Certificate
- 5+ years' as a Paralegal
- Ability to report in office 3 days/week
